Weekend Vibes – 26/02/2021

Morning Vibes – 25/02/2021

Evening Vibes – 15/02/2021
Hip opening class. Let’s bring in a more yin feel to your yang practice to calm you down for the evening. Find a wall space and a bolster if you can but these aren’t props aren’t necessary. This will be a slow practice but you can make it as intense as you want it to be. We’ll hold space for ourselves to explore what’s going on in our bodies. Spotify playlist Monday night yoga tunes

Surf inspired flow. This class is a bit different from my usual classes; it’s more creative, playful, intense, and utilises explosive strength. Modify when needed. This is a challenging class perfect for surfers or anyone who wants a high intensity class. Begin in a comfortable, seated position.
